Se trataría de poner un sistema en los televisores "modernos" de los hoteles de forma tal que para cuando un cliente, momentos antes de realizar su check-out y pedir la factura, la viera por tv en su habitación y de esta manera comprobara que todo está correcto, así no se llevaría sorpresas de última hora y una vez en recepción, detallaría posibles errores.
ENGLISH VERSION:
The idea is to install a system in “modern” TV sets in hotels that would allow customers to ask for the bill moments before they check out. The bill could be viewed on the TV inside the hotel room, the customer could review what is being charged and make sure everything is correct, avoiding last minute surprises at the reception, where the customer would go to inform of any errors and take care of the bill.
